RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
jam e jamz is committed to your full satisfaction with our unique line of products. We work with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will facilitate a return or exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original packaging. Items must be returned shipping prepaid. Items that have been used by the customer cannot be returned to us.

You should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you – in the same condition and with all the original contents.

We will gladly exchange any items found to be damaged or defective through no fault of the customer. Shipping costs will be paid in both directions by jam e jamz.
​
Shipping costs will not be paid by jam e jamz when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret.
​
When requesting an exchange for a different size or color, the purchaser must pay shipping of the original item back to jam e jamz and the costs for shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.

A return and refund of an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret will include the full price of the item, but none of the shipping costs. If you seek a refund, you must pay for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to jam e jamz.

There is no restocking fee for returns of unused items returned within 30 days. This means that an item must be in sellable as new condition. We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused, or damaged by the customer. After 30 days, we will charge you a $10 restocking fee for a return or exchange.
